Claire Navara

Executive Director

Claire is a Licensed Assisted Living Director with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, known for people-first leadership and a hands-on approach. She has led operations across multiple assisted living settings—advancing regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and life-enrichment—while mentoring teams and building strong partnerships with residents, families, and care providers. A Minnesota native, Claire recently made Saint Paul home and is thrilled to serve the Seven Hills community. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local parks and coffee shops with her partner, Zach, and their Aussiedoodle, Louie, and is often out early chasing sunrise photos. Claire keeps an open-door policy and is committed to making each day a little brighter and easier for residents and their families.

Angela Elwell

Director of Sales

Angela is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Duluth, holding a degree in Psychology and Family Life, along with certifications in Rule 25 Assessment and Person-Centered Planning. With more than 25 years of experience as a Social Worker specializing in Mental Health and Chemical Health, she brings deep compassion, insight, and understanding to her work. Over the past six years, Angela has found her calling in senior living, where her background in social services allows her to thoughtfully guide older adults and their families through important life transitions. She is passionate about building genuine connections and creating supportive, welcoming environments where residents feel seen, valued, and truly at home.

Andrew Villella

Andrew Villella brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for senior care to his role as Director of Nursing. With a strong background in healthcare, he is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care for residents while fostering a supportive and compassionate environment for both residents and staff. Andrew takes great pride in leading a team of skilled professionals who share his commitment to excellence in senior living. He believes in a holistic approach to healthcare, focusing not only on medical needs but also on the overall well-being of each resident. Outside of work, Andrew loves spending time with his wife and kids, especially enjoying anything outdoors. He is proud to be part of a team that prioritizes the health, safety, and happiness of every resident and looks forward to making a positive impact in their lives every day.
