Aayah Elshershaby

Dining Services Director with Unidine

AElshershaby@unidine.com

"I’ve dedicated my entire career to serving seniors, and I truly love what I do. My journey began humbly as a dishwasher in high school, where I developed a deep appreciation for the food industry and the joy of service. That passion led me to culinary school, where I refined my skills, but I soon realized I wanted to make a broader impact. I pursued a business degree to complement my experience, allowing me to contribute more meaningfully to the senior care industry. I live in South Minneapolis, where I spend my free time with my loyal companion, Stanley, my beloved dog. Whether we’re exploring the city, enjoying a quiet evening at home, or making new friends on our walks, every moment with him is a gift.
